Organizations realize that they need new ways of measuring performance, especially in a new hybrid work environment. Moving away from the “Big Brother” approach of the watchful eye, companies should focus on the results or impact generated by workers, rather than when and how hard they are working. This requires a level of mutual trust that needs to be engendered on both sides.
