Teamwork is the new reality, and most workers identify that they are on more than one team. Organizations should allow teams to express their innovation, productivity, and self-belief. Leveraging the skills and energy of the team generates higher levels of productivity than the sum of the individuals. As Aristotle said, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
