Stakeholders (including employees) are no longer satisfied with “policy” statements. They want to see data-driven, evidenced-based information about the organization’s performance related to not only financial but also human capital matters. A recent study showed a positively-correlated and statistically significant relationship between organizations that embrace transparency and disclose human capital information and market value. Transparency generates VALUE.
